Atıf Perker could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 14th minute of the match, but Yücel Orcaner made a huge save. Rıfkı Halıcıoğlu blasted a shot towards the goal in the 21st minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Yücel Orcaner having to make a save. The supporters of Eleskirt booed when Cemisgezek was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 23 match minutes in a wonderful position. Rıfkı Halıcıoğlu didn't get a good kick on the ball. Alkan Zoral took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Asrın Karay, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 27th minute, Necdet Hazar hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 32nd minute Necdet Hazar shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Alkan Zoral saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 33rd minute, one of Cemisgezek:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Cemisgezek. Atıf Perker fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 38th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Yücel Orcaner having to interfere. After some fancy dribbling in the 45th minute, Atıf Perker managed to get in a good position for a shot. Cemisgezek's supporters rose to their feet, but Atıf Perker was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Yücel Orcaner breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Disappointed in the 0-1 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

Alpay İshak struck a weak shot in the 54th minute. Alkan Zoral didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Eleskirt. Alpay İshak succeeded to score despite a near miss that spronge from right pole into the goal to 0-2 in the 58th playminute. When Alpay İshak fell near the penalty area in the 65th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Eleskirt's protests and gave Alpay İshak a yellow card for diving instead. After 65 played minutes Eleskirt got a freekick which was hit by Alpay İshak. Eyüp Çolakoğlu could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 71st minute of the match, but Alkan Zoral made a huge save. After having played for 76 minutes, Eyüp Çolakoğlu managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Eleskirt's supporters crossed their fingers, but Eyüp Çolakoğlu was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Alpay İshak sent away a hard shot on goal in the 79th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 81 minutes into the match, Cemisgezek's Atıf Perker sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Yücel Orcaner narrowly saved just below the crossbar. After 84 minutes of play, Cemisgezek's Atıf Perker made it 1-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Yücel Orcaner was left in no man's land by his defense there! Cemisgezek's Abdi Saygın Özbekkan got a good chance for a goal in the 89th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After some fancy dribbling in the 90th minute, Rıfkı Halıcıoğlu managed to get in a good position for a shot. Cemisgezek's supporters rose to their feet, but Rıfkı Halıcıoğlu was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Yücel Orcaner breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Atıf Perker received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 92nd minute. Yücel Orcaner tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 93rd match minute, Eleskirt was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Asrın Karay to maneuver through the defense. Yücel Orcaner showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Atıf Perker, who was totally free with the ball in the 95th minute. Asrın Karay hit a great freekick 95 minutes into the match.
