The referee ignored Yayladere's protests and gave Erhun Yazargil a yellow card for diving instead. After a rather tough play, Yayladere's Erhun Yazargil got a free kick in the 46th minute. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

In the 68th minute of the match, Özalp Erçetin tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Didi Lucas saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. Thanks to some nice moves Peyami Kuman could shoot a difficult shot in the 69th minute, which Didi Lucas however easily saved by the left post. Through an outstanding action, after 70 minutes, Didi Lucas successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. In the 72ndth minute of the game Roberto Sustrai who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Yayladere's Mete Tunçboğa was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Mete Tunçboğa showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from İsrafil İçkin, who was totally free with the ball in the 73rd minute. Mete Tunçboğa took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Barbaros Erendiz, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side.
