After some careless play in the Tosya SK defense, Onur Şanalp kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Sarp Tanırcan. When Onur Şanalp came up free with the goalie in the 16th minute, the MERSİNSPOR FK fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Onur Şanalp couldn't finish the play. 17 minutes into the match, Ayvaz Ekemen notched a goal, 1-2, to the right of Tosya SK's Sarp Tanırcan. Sarp Tanırcan came out of the goal and Onur Şanalp tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Ayvaz Ekemen took the ball and in the 30 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Sarp Tanırcan. Sarp Tanırcan dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-3. Onur Şanalp received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 33rd minute. Sarp Tanırcan tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 36th minute, İlhan Akmeşe made a precise shot to the right of Sarp Tanırcan. Tosya SK's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-4. Ayvaz Ekemen received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 40th minute. Sarp Tanırcan tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When Bilgehan Tanbolat fell near the penalty area in the 95th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored MERSİNSPOR FK's protests and gave Bilgehan Tanbolat a yellow card for diving instead. Bilgehan Tanbolat hit a great freekick 95 minutes into the match.
