Arif Buğra Bağış who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 12thth minute tested the skills of Okanalp İnceman when he managed to save the team from getting behind. Abidin Torkal's late challenge caught a Besiktask's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Abidin Torkal helped the player get up and apologised. Abidin Torkal hit a great freekick 13 minutes into the match. In the 14th match minute, Antalya was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Recep Talha Bakkalbaşı to maneuver through the defense. Kandemir Yastıkcığlu was probably a little too eager to shoot when he, in the 14th played minute, shot the ball from way out. The shot was hard, but the ball flew wide of the goal. Hüsmen Koçyiğit made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Orhan Seyfi Aksel in the 17th minute of play. 19 minutes into the match, Besiktask's goal looked a bit too open when Orhan Seyfi Aksel came free, but Hüsmen Koçyiğit reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Arif Buğra Bağış could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 25th minute of the match, but Okanalp İnceman made a huge save. Hüsmen Koçyiğit took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Abidin Torkal, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Hüsmen Koçyiğit showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Abidin Torkal in the 28th minute of the match. Arif Buğra Bağış recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 29th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Kurtuluş Polatalp recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 30th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. An unexpected shot in the 32nd minute by Cenap Üster got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. In the 35th minute, Ruhi Öktemer hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Arif Buğra Bağış to strike the kick off in the second half. With 55 minutes on the clock, Ruhi Öktemer commited a dangerous tackle. The referee had no choice but to show him the red card. When the match had been going on for 57 minutes, Antalya's Adnan Okdemir got an opportunity to shoot a penalty. He stayed cool and waited for the goalkeeper to move, before he confidently shot the ball into the goal, to the left of Hüsmen Koçyiğit. Besiktask's Cenap Üster got a good chance for a goal in the 65th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Kandemir Yastıkcığlu received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 68th minute. Okanalp İnceman tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. İsrafil Sağun charged in rather forcefully in the 69th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed İsrafil Sağun the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 69th match minute, Antalya was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by İsrafil Sağun to maneuver through the defense. Besiktask's Cenap Üster got a good chance for a goal in the 72nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. 77 minutes into the game, Orhan Seyfi Aksel recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Hüsmen Koçyiğit. In the 82nd minute Kurtuluş Polatalp shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Okanalp İnceman saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Hüsmen Koçyiğit showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from İsrafil Sağun, who was totally free with the ball in the 87th minute. 92 minutes into the match, Antalya's goal looked a bit too open when Kurtuluş Polatalp came free, but Okanalp İnceman reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Besiktask's Hüsmen Koçyiğit proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 93rd minute of the match, managed to save Besiktask from getting a goal against them. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Kandemir Yastıkcığlu in the 96th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Okanalp İnceman prevented the ball from getting in the gole. The Antalya players were relieved to hear the final whistle blow to end the match. The away crowd was happy to see their team win after a very tight game.
