Okanalp Özger breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Ercüment Baltacıoğlu charged in rather forcefully in the 17th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Ercüment Baltacıoğlu the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Ercüment Baltacıoğlu kicked well hit freekick during the 17th minute of the match. Suavi Atabey took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 18th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Okanalp Özger. Genchester City F.C.'s goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. In the 19th minute, Mazhar Taki hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Tuna Kutyan was in exellent shape and made a fantastic save when he, in the 27th minute of the match, managed to get hold of the ball after a long shot from Erol Oğuzalp. 32 minutes into the match, Seyitgazi's goalkeeper Tuna Kutyan had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Sebati Haspolatlı. Samim Cevar's late challenge caught a Genchester City F.C.'s player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Samim Cevar helped the player get up and apologised. In the 39th match minute, Seyitgazi was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Samim Cevar to maneuver through the defense. Tuna Kutyan was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Tolga Dalayer showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 1-0 in the 42 minute of play. After having played for 47 minutes, Abdulvahit Tahsin managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Seyitgazi's supporters crossed their fingers, but Abdulvahit Tahsin was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

Okanalp Özger was in exellent shape and made a fantastic save when he, in the 54th minute of the match, managed to get hold of the ball after a long shot from Berkem Salikbey. Tolga Dalayer recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 60th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Berkem Salikbey during the 66th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 66th minute, one of Seyitgazi:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Seyitgazi. Tolga Dalayer sent away a hard shot on goal in the 74th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Kılıçalp Kaptan recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 80th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Genchester City F.C.'s Okanalp Özger played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Kılıçalp Kaptan in the 83rd minute of play. The home crowd let out a huge roar when the referee blew for the end of the game. Genchester City F.C. were victorious despite being under pressure from Seyitgazi for much of the match.
