Abdi Mehmet Pekiner fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 21st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ahmet Necdet Şahan having to interfere. 24 minutes into the game, Eskipazar SK's Ceyhun Yüksel nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Ahmet Necdet Şahan made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-0. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Ceyhun Yüksel in the 30th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Ahmet Necdet Şahan prevented the ball from getting in the gole. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ceyhun Yüksel in the 31st minute of play forced Samsun's goalkeeper Ahmet Necdet Şahan to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 34 minutes into the match, Samsun's goal looked a bit too open when Ceyhun Yüksel came free, but Ahmet Necdet Şahan reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Kartal Yaban fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 37th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Atilla Uluçam having to interfere. If Ceyhun Yüksel had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 44th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Ahmet Necdet Şahan made an important save on a dangerous shot by Özbek Kurtaran in the 48th minute.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Ceyhun Yüksel to make the kick off. The audience was convinced that Ceyhun Yüksel's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Ahmet Necdet Şahan was relentless in the 55th minute of the game. Kartal Yaban received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 59th minute. Atilla Uluçam tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Ahmet Necdet Şahan took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Abdi Mehmet Pekiner, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Ceyhun Yüksel received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 74th minute. Ahmet Necdet Şahan tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Eskipazar SK's Atilla Uluçam proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 77th minute of the match, managed to save Eskipazar SK from getting a goal against them. Ahmet Necdet Şahan showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Özbek Kurtaran in the 82nd minute of the match. When Kartal Yaban came up free with the goalie in the 87th minute, the Samsun fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Kartal Yaban couldn't finish the play. Ceyhun Yüksel took the ball and in the 89 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Ahmet Necdet Şahan. Ahmet Necdet Şahan dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 3-0. In the 93rd minute, Ceyhun Yüksel ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Ahmet Necdet Şahan was frozen by the shot and now it was 4-0. For all the effort they put into the match, the Samsun players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for Eskipazar SK.
