After having played for 17 minutes, Hafız Karahan managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Güroymak's supporters crossed their fingers, but Hafız Karahan was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 25th minute, Halim Atasan hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 32nd minute Hafız Karahan shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ahmet Seyfi Şahap saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Ahmet Seyfi Şahap showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Hasan Tahsin Revnak in the 33rd minute of the match. 35 minutes into the match, MEKOSPOR FK's goal looked a bit too open when Hafız Karahan came free, but Ahmet Seyfi Şahap reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 38 minutes of play, Güroymak's Hasan Tahsin Revnak made it 0-3 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. An unexpectedly hard shot by Halim Atasan in the 42nd minute of play forced MEKOSPOR FK's goalkeeper Ahmet Seyfi Şahap to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. MEKOSPOR FK's Ahmet Yahya Ilıca got a good chance for a goal in the 46th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-3 lead.

The wind increased when Hafız Karahan made the kick off in the second half. Ahmet Seyfi Şahap made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ali Emir Semim in the 51st minute of play. In the 52nd play minute Hafız Karahan came free and shot an unsuspected shot which went into goal from the right pole behind a surprised Ahmet Seyfi Şahap. 0-4. Hafız Karahan could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 59th minute of the match, but Ahmet Seyfi Şahap made a huge save. A hard shot by Saltuk Günsel from long distance, 61 minutes into the match, got Ahmet Seyfi Şahap's attention. Through a fast twist with his body, he could stop the ball from going in on his right side. In the 62nd minute, Hafız Karahan made a precise shot to the right of Ahmet Seyfi Şahap. MEKOSPOR FK's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-5. Ahmet Seyfi Şahap made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Hasan Tahsin Revnak in the 65th minute of play. Ahmet Seyfi Şahap tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The crowd rose to their feet as Hasan Tahsin Revnak kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Ahmet Seyfi Şahap. That made the score 0-7 in the 91 minute of play. In the 95th minute, MEKOSPOR FK's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Hafız Karahan fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. Güroymak's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
