Pars Hürsel showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Cihan Çetinsu, who was totally free with the ball in the 5th minute. Arif Çelebi Tamkut's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Ahmet Hafiz Ceyhan read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 14th minute of play. If Babür Doğu had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 15th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. The supporters of Menemen booed when Yenipazar was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 17 match minutes in a wonderful position. Erdal Cingöz didn't get a good kick on the ball. Pars Hürsel was a little too slow when Rahim İzhan got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 18th minute. The score was now 1-0. The audience thought a goal was coming when Necip Burçak got free with Pars Hürsel in the 29th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. 30 minutes had been played when some careless play by Yenipazar's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Babür Doğu was slow to take the kick. During this time Menemen's players had a chance to rest. If Babür Doğu had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 32nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Yenipazar's Pars Hürsel played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Jerrold Pardo in the 34th minute of play. 42 minutes into the match, Yenipazar's goal looked a bit too open when Cihan Çetinsu came free, but Pars Hürsel reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Cihan Çetinsu fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 46th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Pars Hürsel having to interfere. Hüsnü İlkin received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 47th minute. Pars Hürsel tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Af the end of the first half the score was 1-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

Pars Hürsel made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jerrold Pardo in the 53rd minute of play. 57 minutes into the game, Necip Burçak cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 2-0. Pars Hürsel was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Pars Hürsel stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Babür Doğu's shot from short distance in the 66th minute. Rahim İzhan's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Pars Hürsel read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 67th minute of play. Rahim İzhan charged in rather forcefully in the 70th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Rahim İzhan the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Rahim İzhan in the 76th minute of play forced Yenipazar's goalkeeper Pars Hürsel to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Yenipazar's Pars Hürsel played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Babür Doğu in the 81st minute of play. Hüsnü İlkin scored 4-0 in the 82nd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Pars Hürsel, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. After 90 played minutes Menemen got a freekick which was hit by Jerrold Pardo. In the 95thth minute of the game Babür Doğu who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Yenipazar's Pars Hürsel was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. In the 96th minute of the match Menemen got a corner. Yenipazar's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Babür Doğu ran over to the corner to take the kick. Pars Hürsel made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Babür Doğu in the 97th minute of play. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. Menemen had played much better football throughout.
