SiyahBeyaz's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. Will Potts fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 8th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Maximino Abeijon having to interfere. After 15 played minutes SiyahBeyaz got a freekick which was hit by Ali Güralp Ongu. Serter Tuğalp hit a great freekick 17 minutes into the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Will Potts in the 20th minute of play forced SiyahBeyaz's goalkeeper Maximino Abeijon to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 21 minutes SiyahBeyaz's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Ceyhun Yezid who took care of the corner kick. The corner ended in Ceyhun Yezid almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but SiyahBeyaz's Maximino Abeijon did a great save. Maximino Abeijon took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Christoffer Lode, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Christoffer Lode recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 25th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. If Will Potts had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 26th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Maximino Abeijon showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Christoffer Lode, who was totally free with the ball in the 28th minute. Christoffer Lode fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 31st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Maximino Abeijon having to interfere. Arın Ferhat Arpacıoğlu made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from He Bin Zhou in the 36th minute of play. After 36 played minutes SELANİK SK got a freekick which was hit by Umur Hacı. SELANİK SK's Will Potts got a good chance for a goal in the 41st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. İlker Bozdoğan kicked well hit freekick during the 45th minute of the match. The first half was very even, with the score at 0-0 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

The SELANİK SK fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-1. After some fancy dribbling in the 65th minute, He Bin Zhou managed to get in a good position for a shot. SiyahBeyaz's supporters rose to their feet, but He Bin Zhou was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Arın Ferhat Arpacıoğlu breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. SiyahBeyaz's Maximino Abeijon proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 70th minute of the match, managed to save SiyahBeyaz from getting a goal against them. Will Potts sent away a hard shot on goal in the 71st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Asım Dersu kicked well hit freekick during the 80th minute of the match. After recieving a nice pass, SELANİK SK's Ceyhun Yezid tried to score from far away in the 81st minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. A collision led to SiyahBeyaz getting a freekick after 86 minutes play. Baransel Özilter hit a great ball. If Will Potts had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 87th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Christoffer Lode during the 89th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. The supporters of SiyahBeyaz booed when SELANİK SK was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 89 match minutes in a wonderful position. Christoffer Lode didn't get a good kick on the ball. Arın Ferhat Arpacıoğlu took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Mariano Pinho, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 92 minutes into the match, SiyahBeyaz's goal looked a bit too open when Christoffer Lode came free, but Maximino Abeijon reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The SiyahBeyaz manager could be seen shouting at his players as they walked down the tunnel after the match. He was clearly angry that they had squandered their superior possession, allowing SELANİK SK to win.
