FOLA's Aygün Cezar played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ahmet Necdet Osmanlı in the 16th minute of play. Atay Özduran fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 23rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Aygün Cezar having to interfere. A collision led to FOLA getting a freekick after 24 minutes play. Garip Kadim hit a great ball. 27 minutes into the match, YSNGÜCÜ's goal looked a bit too open when Cumhur Kolçak came free, but Atilla Kağan Yaşanur reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When İrfan Mutlusoy fell near the penalty area in the 29th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored FOLA's protests and gave İrfan Mutlusoy a yellow card for diving instead. Cumhur Kolçak recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 32nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 36th minute, FOLA's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Cemal Vefik fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. In the 40th minute Taner Nasr shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Atilla Kağan Yaşanur saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Taner Nasr recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 42nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Atilla Kağan Yaşanur stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Cumhur Kolçak's shot from short distance in the 44th minute. After a rather tough play, YSNGÜCÜ's Sergen Mutlutekin got a free kick in the 45th minute. After having played for 46 minutes, Taner Nasr managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Ahmet Necdet Osmanlı made a kick off. In the 63rd match minute, FOLA was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by İsmail Cem Sertaç to maneuver through the defense. 64 minutes into the match, YSNGÜCÜ's Mehmet Bilge Kutlualp broke free and took a long shot that unfortunately flew wide. A fine initiative that could have resulted in a goal. A collision led to FOLA getting a freekick after 65 minutes play. Talip Coşkunsu hit a great ball. After a rather tough play, FOLA's Üzeyir Bürge got a free kick in the 73rd minute. After a defensive mix-up in FOLA's zone, Cemal Vefik stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Aygün Cezar came out of the goal and Cemal Vefik tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 77 minutes into the match, Taner Nasr had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Atilla Kağan Yaşanur. YSNGÜCÜ's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Taner Nasr was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-2. If Taner Nasr had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 82nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead.
