After a defensive mix-up in Cat's zone, Irinel Dobrițoiu stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Saadettin Yıldırımtürk came out of the goal and Irinel Dobrițoiu tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Irinel Dobrițoiu received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 5th minute. Saadettin Yıldırımtürk tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After 7 minutes of play, Ceylanpinar SK's Günalp Bayraktaroğlu made it 0-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Saadettin Yıldırımtürk was left in no man's land by his defense there! Günalp Bayraktaroğlu struck a weak shot in the 13th minute. Saadettin Yıldırımtürk didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Ceylanpinar SK. In the 18th minute Irinel Dobrițoiu shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Saadettin Yıldırımtürk saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 18 minutes into the game, Irinel Dobrițoiu cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-4. Saadettin Yıldırımtürk was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Saadettin Yıldırımtürk made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Günalp Bayraktaroğlu in the 23rd minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Günalp Bayraktaroğlu in the 25th minute of play forced Cat's goalkeeper Saadettin Yıldırımtürk to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Günalp Bayraktaroğlu recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 28th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. When Ceylanpinar SK's Irinel Dobrițoiu in the 33rd minute got a chance for a shot 33rd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. Saadettin Yıldırımtürk showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Üzeyir İlkut in the 41st minute of the match. Saadettin Yıldırımtürk showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Irinel Dobrițoiu, who was totally free with the ball in the 43rd minute. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-5 lead.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Günalp Bayraktaroğlu stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. 52 minutes into the game, Ceylanpinar SK's Irinel Dobrițoiu nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Saadettin Yıldırımtürk made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-6. A collision led to Cat getting a freekick after 56 minutes play. Oğuzhan Umman hit a great ball. Cat's Saadettin Yıldırımtürk proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 60th minute of the match, managed to save Cat from getting a goal against them. With a little luck, Cat's Saadettin Yıldırımtürk got control of the ball when Günalp Bayraktaroğlu tried to sneak it across the goal line.
