An unexpectedly hard shot by Berk Doğangün in the 9th minute of play forced Çaykur Rize's goalkeeper Kamilo Banana to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Kamilo Banana showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Doğaner Bircanoğlu, who was totally free with the ball in the 15th minute. 16 minutes into the match, Çaykur Rize's goal looked a bit too open when Hakkı Onur Sefer came free, but Kamilo Banana reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 17 minutes into the game, Balaban Altınpınar was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. When the match clock showed 61 minutes, the score became 5-1 when Semail Celilay sped through Team Of Doctor's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Güner Taşgan. Kamilo Banana was a little too slow when Bahadırhan Ünsev got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 69th minute. The score was now 5-2. In the 73rd match minute, Team Of Doctor was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Berk Doğangün to maneuver through the defense. After having played for 75 minutes, Semail Celilay managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Çaykur Rize's supporters crossed their fingers, but Semail Celilay was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Ahmet Çağrı Erginalp struck a weak shot in the 76th minute. Güner Taşgan didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Çaykur Rize. Necdet Kayansel fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 77th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Güner Taşgan having to interfere. In the 79thth minute of the game Semail Celilay who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Team Of Doctor's Güner Taşgan was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. If Semail Celilay had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 87th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Güner Taşgan prevented the ball from getting in the gole.
