Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Aktan Eyüpoğlu started the match with the kick off. If Aktan Eyüpoğlu had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 9th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Orkun Uğurlu charged in rather forcefully in the 16th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Orkun Uğurlu the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Orkun Uğurlu kicked well hit freekick during the 16th minute of the match. Balamir Kunt recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 17th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Hakan Perviz received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 23rd minute. Sabit Altıncığlu tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Kudret İskenderoğlu hit a great freekick 30 minutes into the match. Alptuğ Taşboğa showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Mehmet Sulhi in the 32nd minute of the match. After 35 minutes, Serter Akkoyun mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Gercüs and the Salihli JK players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 35th match minute, Gercüs was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Serter Akkoyun to maneuver through the defense. Mehmet Sulhi sent away a hard shot on goal in the 39th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After 45 minutes, Ahmet Tolga Yaltıray mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Gercüs and the Salihli JK players grew even worse after the yellow card. If Mehmet Sulhi had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 47th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Mehmet Sulhi made a kick off. In the 53rd minute Gercüs were awarded a corner. Berkay Danış went to the cornerflag to take it. The corner went over the outstretched arms of Salihli JK's goalie and right to Hakan Perviz. He fired away a shot at goal, but the shot had too much spin, and it went just outside the goal. Salihli JK's manager breathed a sigh of relief on the sidelines as his team had managed to escape an almost certain goal. Mehmet Sulhi's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Alptuğ Taşboğa read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 56th minute of play. Salihli JK's Sabit Altıncığlu played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Aktan Eyüpoğlu in the 58th minute of play. After having played for 68 minutes, Hakan Perviz managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Gercüs's supporters crossed their fingers, but Hakan Perviz was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Sabit Altıncığlu stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Aktan Eyüpoğlu's shot from short distance in the 72nd minute. 73 minutes into the match, Salihli JK's goal looked a bit too open when Hakan Perviz came free, but Sabit Altıncığlu reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Hakan Perviz's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Sabit Altıncığlu read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 74th minute of play. Hakan Perviz could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 81st minute of the match, but Sabit Altıncığlu made a huge save. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Aktan Eyüpoğlu in the 82nd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Sabit Altıncığlu prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 89th play minute Hakan Perviz came free and shot an unsuspected shot which went into goal from the right pole behind a surprised Sabit Altıncığlu. 0-1. Hakan Perviz's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Sabit Altıncığlu read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 93rd minute of play. The Salihli JK supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching Gercüs's performance. The match ended with a win for Gercüs.
