Spectators: 6668 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1668, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Akyol were furious when Ahmet İlhan Askeroğlu was red carded, 11 minutes into the game, but the referee dismissed their protests. In a very dangerous position, a player in Akyol fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 10th minute. Penalty! Ilgaz Teber shot the penalty kick right outside the post. Samet Dirayet charged in rather forcefully in the 16th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Samet Dirayet the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After a rather tough play, GımGımSpor's Samet Dirayet got a free kick in the 16th minute. In the 18th minute of the match, Göktuğ Adanır got a very nice opportunity to score, but Ali Behzat Helvacıoğlu was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. Aybek Nusrettin showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Hüseyin Can Argün, who was totally free with the ball in the 26th minute. Balamir Çokman recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 27th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Hüseyin Can Argün scored 0-1 in the 29th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Aybek Nusrettin, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Hüseyin Can Argün recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 34th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Şükrü Kayrahan sent away a hard shot on goal in the 37th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Ali Behzat Helvacıoğlu made a fantastic save in the 44th minute, when Samet Dirayet sent off a good shot on target. After the first half Akyol were leading 0-1. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Hüseyin Can Argün stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. A collision led to Akyol getting a freekick after 52 minutes play. Şükrü Kayrahan hit a great ball. Ilgaz Teber took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 52nd minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Ali Behzat Helvacıoğlu. Akyol's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. In the 56th minute of the match Göktuğ Adanır shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Ali Behzat Helvacıoğlu showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Ali Behzat Helvacıoğlu took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Nurettin Arıcan, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Akyol's Balamir Çokman got a good chance for a goal in the 60th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Hüseyin Can Argün's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Aybek Nusrettin read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 63rd minute of play. Akyol's Ali Behzat Helvacıoğlu played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Samet Dirayet in the 94th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Nurettin Arıcan in the 97th minute of play forced Akyol's goalkeeper Ali Behzat Helvacıoğlu to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When the final whistle sounded Akyol left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than GımGımSpor.
