Stig-Arne Alén's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Atilla Kağan Aurelio read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 14th minute of play. Atilla Üstün fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 17th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Atilla Kağan Aurelio having to interfere. After some careless play in the kafkasspor defense, Stig-Arne Alén kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Atilla Kağan Aurelio. The kafkasspor fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Atilla Kağan Aurelio should have stopped the shot. In the 21st match minute, Akatlar SK was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Thomas Stollmann to maneuver through the defense. Atilla Üstün hit a great freekick 22 minutes into the match. Egemen Gülle, 23 minutes into the match, dribbled the ball up the side of the field and decided to take a long shot at the goal. Unfortunately, the ball was poorly hit and landed closer to the corner than to the goal. After 26 minutes, Zekeriya Yeltekin mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the kafkasspor and the Akatlar SK players grew even worse after the yellow card. An unexpectedly hard shot by Stig-Arne Alén in the 30th minute of play forced kafkasspor's goalkeeper Atilla Kağan Aurelio to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. A collision led to Akatlar SK getting a freekick after 31 minutes play. Hasret Özerman hit a great ball. Azmi Ergüner struck a weak shot in the 33rd minute. Necati Samil didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for kafkasspor. In the 37th minute, Stig-Arne Alén got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. When Stig-Arne Alén came up free with the goalie in the 41st minute, the Akatlar SK fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Stig-Arne Alén couldn't finish the play. Atilla Üstün fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 45th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Atilla Kağan Aurelio having to interfere.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Stig-Arne Alén to strike the kick off in the second half. After a rather tough play, Akatlar SK's Hasret Özerman got a free kick in the 57th minute. With a little luck, kafkasspor's Atilla Kağan Aurelio got control of the ball when Stig-Arne Alén tried to sneak it across the goal line. If Atilla Üstün had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 67th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Stig-Arne Alén scored 0-3 in the 68th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Atilla Kağan Aurelio, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Stig-Arne Alén received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 74th minute. Atilla Kağan Aurelio tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Atilla Üstün could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 76th minute of the match, but Atilla Kağan Aurelio made a huge save. In the 77th minute, Aytekin Onbulak made a precise shot to the right of Necati Samil. Akatlar SK's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-3. Atilla Kağan Aurelio made an important save on a dangerous shot by Stig-Arne Alén in the 84th minute. Stig-Arne Alén recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 86th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After having played for 90 minutes, Stig-Arne Alén managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Akatlar SK's supporters crossed their fingers, but Stig-Arne Alén was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. The kafkasspor fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Akatlar SK were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
