An unexpectedly hard shot by Baturhan Algin in the 14th minute of play forced Manavgat JK's goalkeeper Şükrü İzci to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Şükrü İzci made an important save on a dangerous shot by Baturhan Algin in the 40th minute. After some careless play in the Manavgat JK defense, Serkan Saim kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Şükrü İzci. The Manavgat JK fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Şükrü İzci should have stopped the shot. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 2-1.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Reha Dirayet stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. When Emirhan Hatipoğlu fell near the penalty area in the 51st minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Manavgat JK's protests and gave Emirhan Hatipoğlu a yellow card for diving instead. After a rather tough play, Manavgat JK's Emirhan Hatipoğlu got a free kick in the 52nd minute. Erdoğan Akkurt's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Şükrü İzci read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 55th minute of play. Henk Merseburger kicked well hit freekick during the 58th minute of the match. A long shot from Acun Şahinhan in the 59th minute of play was well struck, but Sabahattin Ylhanoğlu made a really good save at the right post. In the 61st minute Akın Özyurt shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Şükrü İzci saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Sabahattin Ylhanoğlu didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Reha Dirayet went, in the 64th minute, to the upper right corner, 2-2 was the resulting score. Baturhan Algin recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 70th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. When Emirhan Hatipoğlu was, once again, overly rough in his play he received his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. 77 minutes had been played. If Akın Özyurt had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 82nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 85 minutes into the game, Serkan Saim cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 4-2. Şükrü İzci was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. 90 minutes into the match, Baturhan Algin notched a goal, 5-2, to the right of Manavgat JK's Şükrü İzci. Şükrü İzci was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Akın Özyurt fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 93rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Şükrü İzci having to interfere. Baturhan Algin might have been able to make a better finish in the 95th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Şükrü İzci. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Baturhan Algin ran back to his position shaking his head. Akın Özyurt fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 97th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Şükrü İzci having to interfere. There was no doubt that SARIYER S.K. were the better team. SARIYER S.K.'s players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
