An unexpectedly hard shot by Sabahattin Tarhan in the 8th minute of play forced Bozüyük JK's goalkeeper Acar Bektaş to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Dilmen Utman struck a weak shot in the 10th minute. Ertaç Gülerce didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Bozüyük JK. Mehmet Saits short, quick shot in the 13thth minute got Ertaç Gülerce to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. İdris Özsu sent away a hard shot on goal in the 26th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. After a defensive mix-up in Bozüyük JK's zone, İdris Özsu stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Acar Bektaş came out of the goal and İdris Özsu tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. The audience thought a goal was coming when Mehmet Sait got free with Ertaç Gülerce in the 39th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. 41 minutes into the match, Cerrahpasa's goal looked a bit too open when Dilmen Utman came free, but Ertaç Gülerce reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Mehmet Sait's late challenge caught a Cerrahpasa's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Mehmet Sait helped the player get up and apologised. The supporters of Cerrahpasa booed when Bozüyük JK was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 46 match minutes in a wonderful position. Mehmet Sait didn't get a good kick on the ball. Mehmet Akif Kuntay's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Acar Bektaş read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 48th minute of play. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

The wind increased when Dilmen Utman made the kick off in the second half. Sabahattin Tarhan received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 52nd minute. Acar Bektaş tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Mehmet Sait fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 55th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ertaç Gülerce having to interfere. 61 minutes into the match, Cerrahpasa's goal looked a bit too open when Mehmet Sait came free, but Ertaç Gülerce reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 66th minute Dilmen Utman shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ertaç Gülerce saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. If Mehmet Sait had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 68th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 70th minute, Mehmet Akif Kuntay fired away a shot on goal. He put a little to much spin on the ball and sent it just wide of the right post. If Dilmen Utman had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 71st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 75 minutes into the game, Dilmen Utman cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-0. Ertaç Gülerce was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. In the 81st minute, Sabahattin Tarhan made a precise shot to the right of Acar Bektaş. Bozüyük JK's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-1. Sabahattin Tarhan was extremely unlucky when he, in the 92nd minute, took a shot that hit the right post and went out. Both teams had looked equal from kick-off, and no-one was surprised when the match finally ended in a draw.
