In the 9th minute, Hacı Ali İşcan hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. If Kıvanç İlker had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 13th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Atalay Taşkınay struck a weak shot in the 15th minute. Ahmet Korcan Çelikyay didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Hamur SK. A collision led to Neandertal getting a freekick after 22 minutes play. Uğuralp Perviz hit a great ball. Ceyhun İskender sent away a hard shot on goal in the 26th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. If Anıl Yusuf had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 28th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Hamur SK's Ahmet Hakan Afak played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Anıl Yusuf in the 31st minute of play. 31 minutes into the match, Anıl Yusuf had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Ahmet Hakan Afak. Hamur SK's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Anıl Yusuf was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-1. A collision led to Hamur SK getting a freekick after 40 minutes play. Ali Kürşat Satı hit a great ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Anıl Yusuf in the 41st minute of play forced Hamur SK's goalkeeper Ahmet Hakan Afak to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 41 minutes of play, Neandertal's Anıl Yusuf made it 0-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Ahmet Hakan Afak was left in no man's land by his defense there! In the 45th match minute, Hamur SK was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Hacı Ali İşcan to maneuver through the defense. Ahmet Korcan Çelikyay made an important save on a dangerous shot by Kıvanç İlker in the 47th minute. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-2 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Atalay Taşkınay made a kick off. Anıl Mücahit Vahdettin charged in rather forcefully in the 52nd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Anıl Mücahit Vahdettin the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 53rd minute, Gökçe Özsevi hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 58th minute, Ceyhun İskender reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Ahmet Hakan Afak. The goal made the score 0-3. After some fancy dribbling in the 63rd minute, Kıvanç İlker managed to get in a good position for a shot. Hamur SK's supporters rose to their feet, but Kıvanç İlker was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Ahmet Korcan Çelikyay breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Anıl Yusuf recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 64th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. When Şinasi Aysan fell near the penalty area in the 75th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Neandertal's protests and gave Şinasi Aysan a yellow card for diving instead. In the 79thth minute of the game Ceyhun İskender who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Hamur SK's Ahmet Hakan Afak was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. 86 minutes into the match, Hamur SK's goalkeeper Ahmet Hakan Afak had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Anıl Yusuf. When Şinasi Aysan came up free with the goalie in the 88th minute, the Neandertal fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Şinasi Aysan couldn't finish the play. With a little luck, Hamur SK's Ahmet Hakan Afak got control of the ball when Anıl Yusuf tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 94th minute Ceyhun İskender shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ahmet Hakan Afak saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Ceyhun İskender received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 95th minute. Ahmet Hakan Afak tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Neandertal's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
