Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Baklan's Atabey Adar started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Mehmet Emre Ongel stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Atabey Adar's shot from short distance in the 6th minute. If Şenel Ünsaç had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 7th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 9th minute, Buğrahan Cantez hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Mehmet Emre Ongel took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Atabey Adar, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Mehmet Emre Ongel showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Şenel Ünsaç, who was totally free with the ball in the 14th minute. In the 15th minute Atabey Adar shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Mehmet Emre Ongel saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When the match clock showed 17 minutes, the score became 0-1 when Şenel Ünsaç sped through Simav's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Mehmet Emre Ongel. Mehmet Emre Ongel made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Atabey Adar in the 23rd minute of play. After 24 played minutes Simav got a freekick which was hit by Mehmet Cevizci. Mehmet Emre Ongel showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Atabey Adar in the 29th minute of the match. Şenel Ünsaç fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 31st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Mehmet Emre Ongel having to interfere. Şenel Ünsaç received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 35th minute. Mehmet Emre Ongel tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When Baklan's Atabey Adar in the 38th minute got a chance for a shot 38th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Simav's goalie prevented a goal. Disappointed in the 0-1 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Erkan Gemici to make the kick off. When Şenel Ünsaç came up free with the goalie in the 56th minute, the Baklan fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Şenel Ünsaç couldn't finish the play. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Atabey Adar in the 60th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Mehmet Emre Ongel saved Simav from getting behind. After a rather tough play, Simav's Erkan Gemici got a free kick in the 66th minute. Mehmet Emre Ongel had great luck who in the 69thth minute grab hold of the ball when Atabey Adar from a short distance tried to put the ball inside the right post. With a little luck, Simav's Mehmet Emre Ongel got control of the ball when Şenel Ünsaç tried to sneak it across the goal line. After 72 minutes Simav's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Enginsu Özerdinc who took care of the corner kick. When the match clock showed 75 minutes, the score became 0-2 when Afşin Oykan sped through Simav's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Mehmet Emre Ongel. Şenel Ünsaç could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 78th minute of the match, but Mehmet Emre Ongel made a huge save. The crowd rose to their feet as Baklan's Şenel Ünsaç slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Mehmet Emre Ongel. That made the score 0-3 after 78 minutes of play. After a defensive mix-up in Simav's zone, Şenel Ünsaç stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Mehmet Emre Ongel came out of the goal and Şenel Ünsaç tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 84thth minute of the game Atabey Adar who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Simav's Mehmet Emre Ongel was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Baklan's Atabey Adar got a good chance for a goal in the 93rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. An unexpectedly hard shot by Atabey Adar in the 96th minute of play forced Simav's goalkeeper Mehmet Emre Ongel to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When the match was over Baklan could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than Simav throughout the match.
