Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Izmir's Baransel Yezid started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Macit Çeliker didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Baransel Yezid went, in the 4th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-0 was the resulting score. An unexpectedly hard shot by Baransel Yezid in the 10th minute of play forced Gürgentep SK's goalkeeper Macit Çeliker to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 16 minutes into the game, Özmen Osmanoğulları was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Gürgentep SK's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Izmir the free kick. In the 16th minute, Özmen Osmanoğulları hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Aybar İldemir sent away a hard shot on goal in the 18th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 26th minute, Baransel Yezid got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Aybar İldemir was really disappointed when he shot the ball just outside the right post instead of scoring a goal in the 28th minute. Izmir's manager could be seen on the sidelines shaking his head and muttering to himself as his team had just wasted another chance. Ahmet Orhan Uzlet hit a great freekick 28 minutes into the match. In the 29th minute of the match Mustafa Server shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Macit Çeliker showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. 31 minutes into the match, Izmir's goal looked a bit too open when Abayhan Kudret came free, but Necaettin Suerdem reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Macit Çeliker made a fantastic save in the 37th minute, when Aybar İldemir sent off a good shot on target. Baransel Yezid was extremely unlucky when he, in the 38th minute, took a shot that hit the right post and went out. 40 minutes into the match, Aybar İldemir had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Macit Çeliker. Gürgentep SK's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Aybar İldemir was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 3-0. Macit Çeliker showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Baransel Yezid, who was totally free with the ball in the 44th minute. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Baransel Yezid in the 47th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Macit Çeliker saved Gürgentep SK from getting behind. Aybar İldemir sent away a hard shot on goal in the 49th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance.

In the 54th minute, Aybar İldemir got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Baransel Yezid sent away a hard shot on goal in the 56th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 57thth minute of the game Aybar İldemir who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Gürgentep SK's Macit Çeliker was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. After some fancy dribbling in the 63rd minute, Aybar İldemir managed to get in a good position for a shot. Izmir's supporters rose to their feet, but Aybar İldemir was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Macit Çeliker breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Mustafa Server, 65 minutes into the match, dribbled the ball up the side of the field and decided to take a long shot at the goal. Unfortunately, the ball was poorly hit and landed closer to the corner than to the goal. After 69 played minutes Gürgentep SK got a freekick which was hit by Ahmet Orhan Uzlet. The audience was convinced that Abayhan Kudret's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Necaettin Suerdem was relentless in the 75th minute of the game. A collision led to Izmir getting a freekick after 80 minutes play. Baran Onural hit a great ball. After 81 minutes of play, Gürgentep SK's Abayhan Kudret made it 4-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Necaettin Suerdem was left in no man's land by his defense there! İlyas Tolga Niğdeli received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 85th minute. Necaettin Suerdem tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After 88 minutes of play, Izmir's Baransel Yezid made it 5-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Macit Çeliker was left in no man's land by his defense there! Aybar İldemir recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 92nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Aybar İldemir fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 93rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Macit Çeliker having to interfere. When the referee ended the match the Izmir players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
