When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 1-0.

When Nazil Refet came up free with the goalie in the 52nd minute, the Artvin Hopaspor fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Nazil Refet couldn't finish the play. Bahadır Onursal made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Atacan Okyar in the 52nd minute of play. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Baransel Ergün in the 69th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Ahmet Harun Ataner saved Artvin Hopaspor from getting behind. Boğaç Ertüze got his second yellow card in the match during the 80th minute which meant that he had to leave the ground. Boğaç Ertüze kicked well hit freekick during the 80th minute of the match. Ahmet Harun Ataner showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Hazım Olgunsoy, who was totally free with the ball in the 83rd minute. The supporters of Yesilova booed when Artvin Hopaspor was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 83 match minutes in a wonderful position. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for Yesilova.
