Spectators: 6673 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1673, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Gökmen Okman took the kick off in the first half of the match. In the 2nd match minute, KaraKartal was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Erkin Perker to maneuver through the defense. In the 5th minute of the match, Dursun Eldemir got a very nice opportunity to score, but Mustafa Birol Rıdvan was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. If Gürel Akyel had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 6th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Erenay Özdoru came out of the goal in the 8th minute to try and stop a shot by KaraKartal's Sancar Yalazay. But to his dismay, Sancar Yalazay quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. In the 12th minute the ball was on its way in behind Sürmene's goalkeeper Erenay Özdoru, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. After 14 played minutes KaraKartal got a freekick which was hit by Erkin Perker. If Sancar Yalazay had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 20th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After a rather tough play, Sürmene's Kürşat Energin got a free kick in the 23rd minute. The KaraKartal fans' excitement grew in the 25th match minute when KaraKartal's Sancar Yalazay looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 0-2 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. A collision led to KaraKartal getting a freekick after 27 minutes play. Gürel Özdoru hit a great ball. Gökmen Okman received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Mustafa Birol Rıdvan came out and tried to block the shot, but Gökmen Okman slotted it home off the left post making it 1-2 in the 28th minute. Dursun Eldemir could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 32nd minute of the match, but Mustafa Birol Rıdvan made a huge save. In the 37th minute, Tahir Elfaz got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. If Sancar Yalazay had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 43rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. The supporters of Sürmene booed when KaraKartal was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 45 match minutes in a wonderful position. Akın Naci didn't get a good kick on the ball. Disappointed in the 1-2 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Sancar Yalazay was the one to do the kick off. With a little luck, Sürmene's Erenay Özdoru got control of the ball when Sancar Yalazay tried to sneak it across the goal line. Sancar Yalazay received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 61st minute. Erenay Özdoru tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Battal Ülmen hit a great freekick 62 minutes into the match. The audience thought a goal was coming when Sancar Yalazay got free with Erenay Özdoru in the 72nd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 82nd match minute, Sürmene was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Bulut Çiftçioğlu to maneuver through the defense. If Gürel Akyel had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 85th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Kamuran Kökten received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 87th minute. Erenay Özdoru tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Erenay Özdoru was a little too slow when Gürel Akyel got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 91st minute. The score was now 1-4. 95 minutes into the match, Sürmene's goal looked a bit too open when Gürel Akyel came free, but Erenay Özdoru reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When the match was over KaraKartal could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than Sürmene throughout the match.
