A collision led to Genc JK getting a freekick after 18 minutes play. Ergün Oyanalp hit a great ball. Ali Numan Kadrican received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 21st minute. Ekber Tulunay tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 24th minute, Mete Balbay fired away a shot on goal. He put a little to much spin on the ball and sent it just wide of the right post. Ergün Oyanalp fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 41st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Gökçen Korkutalp having to interfere. Yavuz Selimhan Devlettin sent away a hard shot on goal in the 47th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Yavuz Selimhan Devlettin was the one to do the kick off. FaŞo aĞa's Gökçen Korkutalp proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 60th minute of the match, managed to save FaŞo aĞa from getting a goal against them. When the match had gone on for 64 minutes, Yavuz Selimhan Devlettin took a quick shot and it went in 1-1 without a chance for Gökçen Korkutalp to make any attempt to save it. 67 minutes into the game, Genc JK's Ergün Oyanalp nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Gökçen Korkutalp made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-2. Çelebi Çiltay hit a great freekick 70 minutes into the match. Mete Balbay struck a weak shot in the 71st minute. Ekber Tulunay didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for FaŞo aĞa. In the 73rd minute Kemal Toktamış shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ekber Tulunay saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Ali Numan Kadrican hit a great freekick 78 minutes into the match. 78 minutes into the match, Genc JK's Ekrem Özkaya broke free and took a long shot that unfortunately flew wide. A fine initiative that could have resulted in a goal. When Muharrem Yalazan fell near the penalty area in the 91st minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored FaŞo aĞa's protests and gave Muharrem Yalazan a yellow card for diving instead. In the 91st match minute, FaŞo aĞa was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Muharrem Yalazan to maneuver through the defense. Yavuz Selimhan Devlettin sent away a hard shot on goal in the 96th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The FaŞo aĞa fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Genc JK were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
