The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Robbrecht Decaluwe during the 3rd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After a rather tough play, EC Olýmpique Ńebhan's Robbrecht Decaluwe got a free kick in the 3rd minute. The Ilic fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Kerimhan Akyazıcıoğlu should have stopped the shot. The audience was convinced that Robbrecht Decaluwe's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Kerimhan Akyazıcıoğlu was relentless in the 11th minute of the game. Sertaç Cihaner recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 12th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Ilic's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Sertaç Cihaner was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-2. Kerimhan Akyazıcıoğlu made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Robbrecht Decaluwe in the 21st minute of play. In the 22nd minute, Sertaç Cihaner ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Kerimhan Akyazıcıoğlu was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-3. 29 minutes into the game, Batıkan Topay recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Güneri Tuğsavaş. Batıkan Topay showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-3. The supporters of Ilic booed when EC Olýmpique Ńebhan was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 33 match minutes in a wonderful position. Robbrecht Decaluwe didn't get a good kick on the ball. If Robbrecht Decaluwe had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 35th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Sertaç Cihaner fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 37th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Kerimhan Akyazıcıoğlu having to interfere. Robbrecht Decaluwe sent away a hard shot on goal in the 38th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 42 minutes into the match, EC Olýmpique Ńebhan's goal looked a bit too open when Avni Bayındır came free, but Güneri Tuğsavaş reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The Ilic players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
