A collision led to Ivrindi getting a freekick after 5 minutes play. Ahmet Tolga Zeyyat hit a great ball. Ahmet Sedat Togay might have been able to make a better finish in the 9th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Mustafa Kemal Egin. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Ahmet Sedat Togay ran back to his position shaking his head. Ivrindi's defense didn't have a chance, in the 12th minute, when Erdinç Özbekkan scored to the left of an out of position Mustafa Kemal Egin, making the score, 1-0. An unexpectedly hard shot by Bedih Sedat in the 15th minute of play forced Bitlis's goalkeeper Ediz Bilen to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 17th minute of the match Ivrindi got a corner. Bitlis's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Siegfried Putz ran over to the corner to take the kick. The corner ended in Siegfried Putz almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Bitlis's Ediz Bilen did a great save. When Ali Cengiz Girgin came up free with the goalie in the 23rd minute, the Ivrindi fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Ali Cengiz Girgin couldn't finish the play. Ediz Bilen stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Bedih Sedat's shot from short distance in the 29th minute. 32 minutes into the match, Bedih Sedat had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Ediz Bilen. Bitlis's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Bedih Sedat was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-2. The supporters of Ivrindi booed when Bitlis was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 39 match minutes in a wonderful position. Erdinç Özbekkan didn't get a good kick on the ball. Mustafa Kemal Egin made an important save on a dangerous shot by Ahmet Sedat Togay in the 43rd minute. 46 minutes into the match, Ivrindi's goalkeeper Mustafa Kemal Egin had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Ahmet Sedat Togay. When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Bedih Sedat made a kick off. After a rather tough play, Bitlis's Rüknettin Ünsevin got a free kick in the 53rd minute. Bedih Sedats short, quick shot in the 55thth minute got Ediz Bilen to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. If Saadettin Akyol had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 56th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. An unexpectedly hard shot by Bedih Sedat in the 62nd minute of play forced Bitlis's goalkeeper Ediz Bilen to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Ahmet Tolga Zeyyat struck a weak shot in the 63rd minute. Ediz Bilen didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Ivrindi. Ediz Bilen didn't succeed to prevent the ball from going into goal when Ivrindi's Bedih Sedat shot an unexpected shot in the crossbar's under edge and made 2-4 in the ordered_time% minute. When Bedih Sedat came up free with the goalie in the 75th minute, the Ivrindi fans jumped to their feet. After 80 played minutes Bitlis got a freekick which was hit by Erdinç Özbekkan. Ediz Bilen showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Bedih Sedat in the 81st minute of the match. When Ali Cengiz Girgin fell near the penalty area in the 83rd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Ivrindi's protests and gave Ali Cengiz Girgin a yellow card for diving instead. In the 83rd match minute, Ivrindi was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ali Cengiz Girgin to maneuver through the defense. In the 95th minute, Saadettin Akyol got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal.
