Yedikule's supporters crossed their fingers, but Ragıp Tamay was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Bedri Değirmencioğlu didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from İsmail Hakkı Okaner went, in the 23rd minute, to the upper right corner, 0-3 was the resulting score. When the final whistle sounded Yedikule left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than Hemsin SK.
