Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Osman Nuri Nefer took the kick off in the first half of the match. Oğuzcan Kutlualp kicked well hit freekick during the 6th minute of the match. Hakkı Kapar recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 13th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 22 minutes into the match, Pinarhisar's goal looked a bit too open when Hakkı Kapar came free, but Şimşek Kurceren reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Ali Erdem Durualp took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Yavuzalp Lütfullah, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. When Osman Nuri Nefer fell near the penalty area in the 27th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Pinarhisar's protests and gave Osman Nuri Nefer a yellow card for diving instead. After 27 played minutes Pinarhisar got a freekick which was hit by Osman Nuri Nefer. With a little luck, Giresun FK's Ali Erdem Durualp got control of the ball when Yavuzalp Lütfullah tried to sneak it across the goal line. Oğuzcan Kutlualp kicked well hit freekick during the 36th minute of the match. Hakkı Kapar received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 43rd minute. Şimşek Kurceren tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Hakkı Kapar in the 47th minute of play forced Pinarhisar's goalkeeper Şimşek Kurceren to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

Hami Yoruk in the 53rdth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Şimşek Kurceren, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. Hami Yoruk fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 57th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Şimşek Kurceren having to interfere. 70 minutes into the match, Pinarhisar's goal looked a bit too open when Hakkı Kapar came free, but Şimşek Kurceren reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When Giresun FK's Hakkı Kapar in the 73rd minute got a chance for a shot 73rd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Pinarhisar's goalie prevented a goal. Giresun FK's Ali Erdem Durualp played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Osman Nuri Nefer in the 87th minute of play. When the match had gone on for 93 minutes, Hakkı Kapar took a quick shot and it went in 1-2 without a chance for Şimşek Kurceren to make any attempt to save it. The Giresun FK players were relieved to hear the final whistle blow to end the match. The away crowd was happy to see their team win after a very tight game.
