Cem Sirer showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Beyhan Acun, who was totally free with the ball in the 25th minute. After 27 played minutes Seydiler got a freekick which was hit by Dilaver Umur. In the 29th minute, Varol Yankı hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Varol Yankı to make the kick off. Seydiler's supporters crossed their fingers, but Ahmet Asım Akergin was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. A collision led to Beşiktaş JK getting a freekick after 85 minutes play. Güneş Reis hit a great ball. Seydiler's Dilaver Umur got a good chance for a goal in the 96th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. For all the effort they put into the match, the Seydiler players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for Beşiktaş JK.
