Hazım Egesel started the match with the kick off. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Murathan Şıran in the 5th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Talat Kadıoğlu prevented the ball from getting in the gole. If Hazım Egesel had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 11th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Celal Pektaşi fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 13th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Talat Kadıoğlu having to interfere. Talat Kadıoğlu showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Celal Pektaşi, who was totally free with the ball in the 18th minute. Celal Pektaşi struck a weak shot in the 27th minute. Talat Kadıoğlu didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Güdül. If Hazım Egesel had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 31st minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. In the 32nd match minute, Yahyali was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Mustafa Birol Timurkan to maneuver through the defense. 35 minutes in the game, Celal Pektaşi dribbled his way through the penalty area and after maneuvering past an opponent, drilled a quick shot at the goal. The ball looked like it was going in, but it was hit a bit too hard and flew over the goal. Celal Pektaşi might have been able to make a better finish in the 37th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Talat Kadıoğlu. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Celal Pektaşi ran back to his position shaking his head. The audience was convinced that Celal Pektaşi's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Talat Kadıoğlu was relentless in the 43rd minute of the game. In the 46th minute, one of Yahyali:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Yahyali. Sungur Rekin placed the ball on the penalty spot and got himself ready to shoot. Post out! The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 0-0 after a close first half.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Celal Pektaşi stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Murathan Şıran received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 54th minute. Talat Kadıoğlu tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Talat Kadıoğlu showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Celal Pektaşi in the 56th minute of the match. 62 minutes into the match, Yahyali's goal looked a bit too open when Celal Pektaşi came free, but Talat Kadıoğlu reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After a rather tough play, Yahyali's Talha Beykan got a free kick in the 62nd minute. Murathan Şıran received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Talat Kadıoğlu came out and tried to block the shot, but Murathan Şıran slotted it home off the left post making it 0-1 in the 63rd minute. The audience thought a goal was coming when Murathan Şıran got free with Talat Kadıoğlu in the 69th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. A collision led to Yahyali getting a freekick after 69 minutes play. Ertunç Adıyaman hit a great ball. When Murathan Şıran came up free with the goalie in the 70th minute, the Güdül fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Murathan Şıran couldn't finish the play. Murathan Şıran received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 72nd minute. Talat Kadıoğlu tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 74thth minute of the game Celal Pektaşi who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Yahyali's Talat Kadıoğlu was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. After some fancy dribbling in the 78th minute, Hazım Egesel managed to get in a good position for a shot. Yahyali's supporters rose to their feet, but Hazım Egesel was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Ergincan Özsevi breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Celal Pektaşi sent away a hard shot on goal in the 87th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The crowd rose to their feet as Celal Pektaşi kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Talat Kadıoğlu. That made the score 0-2 in the 90 minute of play. Ergincan Özsevi took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Hazım Egesel, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Güdül's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
