Göktürk's Mehmet Ferit Alan got a good chance for a goal in the 6th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Mehmet Ferit Alan in the 7th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Talat Kadıoğlu saved Yahyali from getting behind. Anıl Berk Eğriöz took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Hazım Egesel, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Serkan Honazlı hit a great freekick 15 minutes into the match. Göktürk's Göktan Tolgunay got a good chance for a goal in the 16th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Talat Kadıoğlu showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Göktan Tolgunay, who was totally free with the ball in the 22nd minute. Yahyali's Atilla Bumin Hekimbaşı got a good chance for a goal in the 28th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. If Hazım Egesel had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 29th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 39 minutes in the game, Atilla Bumin Hekimbaşı fired away an excellent shot, which passed to the side of the right post without Anıl Berk Eğriöz having to interfere. Çelikan Efe hit a great freekick 40 minutes into the match. Atilla Bumin Hekimbaşı could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 43rd minute of the match, but Anıl Berk Eğriöz made a huge save. A collision led to Göktürk getting a freekick after 44 minutes play. Serkan Kaman hit a great ball. Hazım Egesel struck a weak shot in the 45th minute. Anıl Berk Eğriöz didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Yahyali. In the 46th match minute, Göktürk was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Serkan Kaman to maneuver through the defense.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Hazım Egesel to make the kick off. Talat Kadıoğlu showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Serkan Kaman in the 52nd minute of the match. Atilla Bumin Hekimbaşı's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Anıl Berk Eğriöz read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 54th minute of play. Atilla Bumin Hekimbaşı sent away a hard shot on goal in the 57th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After having played for 59 minutes, Göktan Tolgunay managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Göktürk's supporters crossed their fingers, but Göktan Tolgunay was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Armağan Temizöz charged in rather forcefully in the 64th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Armağan Temizöz the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In a very dangerous position, a player in Göktürk fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 64th minute. Penalty! 71 minutes into the game, Yahyali's Ertunç Adıyaman nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Anıl Berk Eğriöz made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-0. With his leg Talat Kadıoğlu managed to avoid a goal in the 74thth minute, when Göktürk's Göktan Tolgunay fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Göktan Tolgunay sent away a hard shot on goal in the 76th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 78 minutes into the match, Göktürk's goal looked a bit too open when Atilla Bumin Hekimbaşı came free, but Anıl Berk Eğriöz reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. If Atilla Bumin Hekimbaşı had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 83rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Atilla Bumin Hekimbaşı sent away a hard shot on goal in the 85th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Hazım Egesel recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 86th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Talat Kadıoğlu showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Mehmet Ferit Alan in the 89th minute of the match. The crowd rose to their feet as Göktürk's Mehmet Ferit Alan slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Talat Kadıoğlu. That made the score 2-1 after 91 minutes of play. Talat Kadıoğlu didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Göktan Tolgunay went, in the 97th minute, to the upper right corner, 2-2 was the resulting score.
