Baycan Yurtseven's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Talat Kadıoğlu read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 13th minute of play. 16 minutes into the match, Çakallar SK's goal looked a bit too open when Hazım Egesel came free, but Gürol Nafi reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. If Nazmi Seciye had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 19th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 21stth minute of the game Ömer Yahya who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Yahyali's Talat Kadıoğlu was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Baycan Yurtseven in the 24th minute of play forced Yahyali's goalkeeper Talat Kadıoğlu to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Baycan Yurtseven in the 25th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Talat Kadıoğlu prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Gürol Nafi was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Ertunç Adıyaman showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 1-0 in the 26 minute of play. A collision led to Yahyali getting a freekick after 29 minutes play. Serkan Honazlı hit a great ball. Ahmet Kadri Sağun took the ball and in the 30 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Talat Kadıoğlu. Talat Kadıoğlu dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-1. The supporters of Yahyali booed when Çakallar SK was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 33 match minutes in a wonderful position. Baycan Yurtseven didn't get a good kick on the ball. Okan Sanak recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 40th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Çakallar SK's Ahmet Kadri Sağun got a good chance for a goal in the 41st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Talat Kadıoğlu took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Nazmi Seciye, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Baycan Yurtseven scored 1-2 in the 47th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Talat Kadıoğlu, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. The Yahyali players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Çakallar SK were winning 1-2.
Ahmet Kadri Sağun fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 53rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Talat Kadıoğlu having to interfere.
