Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Hamza Balıkçı kicked off to start the match. 3 minutes into the match, Cankurtaran FK's goalkeeper Yakup Kadri Midilli had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Hürkan Reşan. After some fancy dribbling in the 8th minute, Cüneyd Taykoç managed to get in a good position for a shot. Dereli's supporters rose to their feet, but Cüneyd Taykoç was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Yakup Kadri Midilli breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 14th minute, Hürkan Reşan hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Hürkan Reşan had several of the Cankurtaran FK's defenders around him in the penalty area when he, after 17 minutes of play, received a pass and succeeded in some way to shoot a shot which went straight ahead into goal. This resulted in a 1-0 score and a disappointed Yakup Kadri Midilli as he didn't even see the shot coming. In the 20th match minute, Dereli was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Yavuz Acartürk to maneuver through the defense. 21 minutes into the match, Dereli's goal looked a bit too open when Halil İbrahim Emiroğlu came free, but Cengiz Eryildiz reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 23rdth minute of the game Hürkan Reşan who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Cankurtaran FK's Yakup Kadri Midilli was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. 25 minutes into the match, Cankurtaran FK's goal looked a bit too open when Cüneyd Taykoç came free, but Yakup Kadri Midilli reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 25 played minutes Cankurtaran FK got a freekick which was hit by Hamza Balıkçı. Cüneyd Taykoç struck a weak shot in the 27th minute. Yakup Kadri Midilli didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Dereli. Mirza Saylan received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 29th minute. Yakup Kadri Midilli tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. A collision led to Dereli getting a freekick after 32 minutes play. Hakkı Atılay hit a great ball. Yakup Kadri Midilli made an important save on a dangerous shot by Hürkan Reşan in the 36th minute. A collision led to Cankurtaran FK getting a freekick after 36 minutes play. Hamza Balıkçı hit a great ball. When Dereli's Hürkan Reşan in the 38th minute got a chance for a shot 38th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Cankurtaran FK's goalie prevented a goal. Yakup Kadri Midilli took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Cüneyd Taykoç, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. An unexpected shot in the 42nd minute by Hürkan Reşan got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Cüneyd Taykoç to make the kick off. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Cüneyd Taykoç in the 52nd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Yakup Kadri Midilli saved Cankurtaran FK from getting behind. In the 54th minute Cüneyd Taykoç shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Yakup Kadri Midilli saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Cüneyd Taykoç struck a weak shot in the 56th minute. Yakup Kadri Midilli didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Dereli. If Cüneyd Taykoç had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 60th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Hakkı Atılay hit a great freekick 64 minutes into the match. In the 67th match minute, Cankurtaran FK was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Aras Ozanalp to maneuver through the defense. After 68 played minutes, Dereli's Hamza Akmeşe shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Yakup Kadri Midilli came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Dereli reached it. Gürol Gülle's late challenge caught a Dereli's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Gürol Gülle helped the player get up and apologised. A collision led to Cankurtaran FK getting a freekick after 69 minutes play. Gürol Gülle hit a great ball. Hürkan Reşan fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 70th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Yakup Kadri Midilli having to interfere. Cüneyd Taykoç received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 71st minute. Yakup Kadri Midilli tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Yakup Kadri Midilli showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Hürkan Reşan in the 75th minute of the match. Hürkan Reşan recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 81st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Yavuz Acartürk in the 82nd minute of play forced Cankurtaran FK's goalkeeper Yakup Kadri Midilli to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Cüneyd Taykoç recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 93rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal.
