Yesilhisar SK's Halil Utku Koçaş played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Binali İhtişam in the 4th minute of play. 9 minutes into the match, GENÇ Fenerbahçeliler S.K.'s goal looked a bit too open when Abdülhak Akşin came free, but Ali Çağrı Çimen reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After having played for 13 minutes, Binali İhtişam managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. GENÇ Fenerbahçeliler S.K.'s supporters crossed their fingers, but Binali İhtişam was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Yesilhisar SK's Ardahan Sehim got a good chance for a goal in the 21st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 24th minute, Abdülhak Akşin got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Türker Malkoç received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 25th minute. Ali Çağrı Çimen tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After 26 minutes, Vahit Piruz mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the GENÇ Fenerbahçeliler S.K. and the Yesilhisar SK players grew even worse after the yellow card. Vahit Piruz kicked well hit freekick during the 26th minute of the match. After 37 minutes, Ardahan Sehim mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Yesilhisar SK and the GENÇ Fenerbahçeliler S.K. players grew even worse after the yellow card. The supporters of GENÇ Fenerbahçeliler S.K. booed when Yesilhisar SK was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 38 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ardahan Sehim didn't get a good kick on the ball. If Ayberk Yalazalp had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 45th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. With a little luck, GENÇ Fenerbahçeliler S.K.'s Ali Çağrı Çimen got control of the ball when Türker Malkoç tried to sneak it across the goal line.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Sacit İpçi stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Yesilhisar SK's Türker Malkoç got a good chance for a goal in the 62nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. GENÇ Fenerbahçeliler S.K.'s İsmail Orhun Eraslan couldn't find anyone to pass the ball to, so he shot a long shot towards the goal in the 67th minute. The shot went wide which resulted in a goal kick for Yesilhisar SK. Binali İhtişam struck a weak shot in the 69th minute. Halil Utku Koçaş didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for GENÇ Fenerbahçeliler S.K.. Ali Çağrı Çimen stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Abdülhak Akşin's shot from short distance in the 81st minute. Abdülhak Akşin recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 84th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After some fancy dribbling in the 86th minute, Sacit İpçi managed to get in a good position for a shot. GENÇ Fenerbahçeliler S.K.'s supporters rose to their feet, but Sacit İpçi was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Halil Utku Koçaş breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After a defensive mix-up in GENÇ Fenerbahçeliler S.K.'s zone, Türker Malkoç stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Ali Çağrı Çimen came out of the goal and Türker Malkoç tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Türker Malkoç received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 99th minute. Ali Çağrı Çimen tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. For all the effort they put into the match, the GENÇ Fenerbahçeliler S.K. players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for Yesilhisar SK.
