Ömür Kutlu hit a great freekick 6 minutes into the match. Emran Tur took the ball and in the 8 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Ruhi Serdar. Ruhi Serdar dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-0. Halit Gazir showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Berkant Dalan in the 12th minute of the match. In the 15th minute, Berkant Dalan left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The TM KIRIKKALESPOR fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-1. After a defensive mix-up in CANYAKAN SPK's zone, Berkant Dalan stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Halit Gazir came out of the goal and Berkant Dalan tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 25th minute Kerem Betik shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Halit Gazir saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Berkant Dalan sent away a hard shot on goal in the 28th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Halit Gazir showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Berkant Dalan in the 36th minute of the match. After a defensive mix-up in CANYAKAN SPK's zone, Berkant Dalan stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Halit Gazir came out of the goal and Berkant Dalan tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. When Kerem Betik got free in front of the goal in the 40th minute he wasn't very focused and chipped the ball just over the goal. Halit Gazir was delighted since he was out of position and the ball would have got in if it had gone under the crossbar. Emran Tur's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Ruhi Serdar read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 43rd minute of play. Emran Tur received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 47th minute. Ruhi Serdar tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 1-1 after a close first half.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Olcay Orkun Sirer to strike the kick off in the second half. Halit Gazir took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Kerem Betik, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 55th minute of the match Ahmet Asım Akıncı sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Ruhi Serdar skillfully saved the ball. TM KIRIKKALESPOR's Ruhi Serdar played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Olcay Orkun Sirer in the 57th minute of play. Şafak Özbek charged in rather forcefully in the 58th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Şafak Özbek the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After 58 played minutes TM KIRIKKALESPOR got a freekick which was hit by Şafak Özbek. Şafak Özbek got his second yellow card in the match during the 62nd minute which meant that he had to leave the ground. The supporters of CANYAKAN SPK booed when TM KIRIKKALESPOR was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 63 match minutes in a wonderful position. Şafak Özbek didn't get a good kick on the ball. After having played for 68 minutes, Olcay Orkun Sirer managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. CANYAKAN SPK's supporters crossed their fingers, but Olcay Orkun Sirer was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Kerem Betik received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 74th minute. Halit Gazir tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. If Berkant Dalan had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 79th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Ruhi Serdar made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Olcay Orkun Sirer in the 84th minute of play. TM KIRIKKALESPOR's Ruhi Serdar played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Olcay Orkun Sirer in the 90th minute of play. Jeers came from both ends of the stadium when the final whistle went. Neither team had looked impressive and the draw seeemd a fair result.
