An unexpectedly hard shot by Burhanettin Seciye in the 10th minute of play forced Karakocan's goalkeeper Halit Fahri Kılıçhan to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 15 minutes into the match, Karakocan's goal looked a bit too open when Burhanettin Seciye came free, but Halit Fahri Kılıçhan reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. If Ali Cafer Hızlan had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 16th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The audience was convinced that Ali Cafer Hızlan's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Bora Yoran was relentless in the 18th minute of the game. Raşit Renan hit a great freekick 33 minutes into the match. In the 37th minute, Burhanettin Seciye ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Halit Fahri Kılıçhan was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-1. Burhanettin Seciye fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 41st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Halit Fahri Kılıçhan having to interfere. In the 43rd minute, Aşık Yeğin hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Ali Cafer Hızlan stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. The audience was convinced that Ali Cafer Hızlan's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Bora Yoran was relentless in the 55th minute of the game. Halit Fahri Kılıçhan made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from İlyas Aytolun in the 65th minute of play. Raşit Renan received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 70th minute. Bora Yoran tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After having played for 72 minutes, Raşit Renan managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Karakocan's supporters crossed their fingers, but Raşit Renan was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Bora Yoran was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. After some careless play in the Tesvikiye defense, Raşit Renan kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Bora Yoran. The Tesvikiye fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Bora Yoran should have stopped the shot. After a rather tough play, Karakocan's Aşık Yeğin got a free kick in the 85th minute. İlyas Aytolun sent away a hard shot on goal in the 91st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. With a little luck, Karakocan's Halit Fahri Kılıçhan got control of the ball when Burhanettin Seciye tried to sneak it across the goal line. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. Karakocan had won after a very even match.
