Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Sümer Derdiyok started the match with the kick off. After 3 played minutes Akcakoca got a freekick which was hit by Doğan Sayrak. In the 6th minute, Aydemir İksir ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Ünal Lütfullah was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-0. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Aydemir İksir in the 10th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Ünal Lütfullah saved Safranbolu from getting behind. Buğrahan Öktemer fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 30th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ünal Lütfullah having to interfere. After 33 played minutes Akcakoca got a freekick which was hit by Seyfettin Çoğan. In the 35th minute the ball was on its way in behind Safranbolu's goalkeeper Ünal Lütfullah, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. After 37 played minutes Aydemir İksir rounded Safranbolu's defense and shot a beautiful shot into goal via left pole - 2-0. After a rather tough play, Akcakoca's Buğrahan Öktemer got a free kick in the 39th minute. 43 minutes into the game, Emrah Yatuk was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Safranbolu's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Akcakoca the free kick. Ünal Lütfullah took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Hakkı Devrim Karasu, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Akcakoca's Hakkı Devrim Karasu got a good chance for a goal in the 46th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After having played for 48 minutes, Buğrahan Öktemer managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Akcakoca's supporters crossed their fingers, but Buğrahan Öktemer was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Af the end of the first half the score was 2-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Arif Nihat Demirkan to make the kick off. If Buğrahan Öktemer had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 52nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 54 minutes into the match, Buğrahan Öktemer notched a goal, 3-0, to the right of Safranbolu's Ünal Lütfullah. Ünal Lütfullah was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. After a defensive mix-up in Safranbolu's zone, Aydemir İksir stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Ünal Lütfullah came out of the goal and Aydemir İksir tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Sümer Derdiyok recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 65th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Emrah Yatuk hit a great freekick 67 minutes into the match. Sümer Derdiyok blasted a shot towards the goal in the 68th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Ünal Lütfullah having to make a save. Hakkı Devrim Karasu fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 70th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ünal Lütfullah having to interfere. After having played for 73 minutes, Arif Nihat Demirkan managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Burhan Canbulat tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 80th minute, Seyfettin Çoğan hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Doğan Sayrak hit a great freekick 81 minutes into the match. When Aydemir İksir was, once again, overly rough in his play he received his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. 83 minutes had been played. A collision led to Safranbolu getting a freekick after 85 minutes play. Dan Horațiu hit a great ball. Buğrahan Öktemer received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 87th minute. Ünal Lütfullah tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 89 minutes into the match, Sümer Derdiyok had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Ünal Lütfullah. Safranbolu's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Sümer Derdiyok was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 4-0. If Hakkı Devrim Karasu had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 93rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. A collision led to Safranbolu getting a freekick after 94 minutes play. Arif Nihat Demirkan hit a great ball. There was no doubt that Akcakoca were the better team. Akcakoca's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
