Mehmet Emre Vaha was left in no man's land by his defense there! When Pawel Sitko came up free with the goalie in the 20th minute, the Gaziantep fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Pawel Sitko couldn't finish the play. Kuddusî Reşit received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 23rd minute. Mehmet Emre Vaha tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Mehmet Emre Vaha showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Pawel Sitko, who was totally free with the ball in the 40th minute. Göktuğ Şahbender hit a great freekick 41 minutes into the match. Turan Cansever recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 48th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Af the end of the first half the score was 2-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

The wind increased when Pawel Sitko made the kick off in the second half. Mehmet Emre Vaha showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Tomasz Kon in the 54th minute of the match. After a rather tough play, KAVLAKSPOR's Eşref Taşkan got a free kick in the 55th minute. Turan Cansever might have been able to make a better finish in the 57th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Mehmet Emre Vaha. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Turan Cansever ran back to his position shaking his head. If Tomasz Kon had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 60th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Pawel Sitko might have been able to make a better finish in the 64th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Mehmet Emre Vaha. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Pawel Sitko ran back to his position shaking his head. Çağlar Sebih's late challenge caught a Gaziantep's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. After a defensive mix-up in KAVLAKSPOR's zone, Turan Cansever stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Mehmet Emre Vaha came out of the goal and Turan Cansever tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Mehmet Emre Vaha showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Turan Cansever, who was totally free with the ball in the 90th minute. In the 96th minute, Pawel Sitko made a precise shot to the right of Mehmet Emre Vaha. KAVLAKSPOR's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 4-2. Gaziantep's Kuddusî Reşit got a good chance for a goal in the 99th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar.
