Spectators: 7208 (Terracing: 5408, Seating: 1657, VIP seats: 143) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Talip İmren kicked off to start the match. 3 minutes into the game, one of Topkapi:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. In the 5th minute, the referee gave Kirklareli a penalty. Olcay Yuvakuran looked confident and blasted the ball into goal by the left post, totally unstoppable for Ahmet Rıfat Zeval. Ahmet Rıfat Zeval made a fantastic save in the 11th minute, when Günalp Orcaner sent off a good shot on target. If Talip İmren had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 14th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When Yahya Serkut fell near the penalty area in the 17th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Topkapi's protests and gave Yahya Serkut a yellow card for diving instead. In the 17th match minute, Topkapi was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Yahya Serkut to maneuver through the defense. In the 18th minute of the match Olcay Yuvakuran sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Ahmet Rıfat Zeval skillfully saved the ball. In the 23rdth minute of the game Bumin Ogün who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Kirklareli's Ahmet Bülent Üstüner was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. If Günalp Orcaner had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 24th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Kemalettin Tancan recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 32nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After having played for 33 minutes, Bumin Ogün managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Topkapi's supporters crossed their fingers, but Bumin Ogün was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Halil İbrahim Kutcan during the 34th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After 34 played minutes Kirklareli got a freekick which was hit by Halil İbrahim Kutcan. In the 35th minute, Bumin Ogün got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Ahmet Bülent Üstüner made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Bumin Ogün in the 43rd minute of play. When Gökalp Temizalp fell near the penalty area in the 44th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Kirklareli's protests and gave Gökalp Temizalp a yellow card for diving instead. After a rather tough play, Kirklareli's Gökalp Temizalp got a free kick in the 44th minute. Kirklareli's Ahmet Bülent Üstüner played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Bumin Ogün in the 48th minute of play. Af the end of the first half the score was 1-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Kemalettin Tancan was the one to do the kick off. Atabek Tufan's late challenge caught a Topkapi's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Atabek Tufan helped the player get up and apologised. Bumin Ogün sent away a hard shot on goal in the 56th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Kemalettin Tancan's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Ahmet Bülent Üstüner read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 58th minute of play. In the 63rd minute the ball was on its way in behind Topkapi's goalkeeper Ahmet Rıfat Zeval, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. If Bumin Ogün had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 65th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Kemalettin Tancan recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 67th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 69 minutes into the match, Kirklareli's goalkeeper Ahmet Bülent Üstüner had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Bumin Ogün. Talip İmren fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 71st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ahmet Rıfat Zeval having to interfere. Hakkı Onur Türcan hit a great freekick 75 minutes into the match. After having played for 77 minutes, Kemalettin Tancan managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Topkapi's supporters crossed their fingers, but Kemalettin Tancan was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. The goalkeeper, Ahmet Bülent Üstüner, was totally fooled by Topkapi's Kıraç Okdemir, who 81 minutes into the game made a penalty shot that went in on the goalkeeper's left side. The supporters of Kirklareli booed when Topkapi was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 85 match minutes in a wonderful position. Alpertunga Özakıncı didn't get a good kick on the ball. Kirklareli's Günalp Orcaner managed to work through Topkapi's defense and was going for an easy goal, but he hit the shot with his toe and the ball flew outside the goal. Günalp Orcaner dejectedly held out his arms as if to ask why the ball hadn't gone in. Ahmet Rıfat Zeval made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Talip İmren in the 99th minute of play.
