The audience thought a goal was coming when Bumin Ogün got free with Necat Tulunay in the 13th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. 13 minutes into the match, Bumin Ogün dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Necat Tulunay, 1-0. In the 16th minute, Kemalettin Tancan fired away a shot on goal. He put a little to much spin on the ball and sent it just wide of the right post. Engin Ökten fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 17th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ahmet Rıfat Zeval having to interfere. Topkapi's Ahmet Rıfat Zeval played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Tolunay Saltuk in the 19th minute of play. Ahmet Rıfat Zeval showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Engin Ökten in the 21st minute of the match. Ahmet Rıfat Zeval made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Engin Ökten in the 25th minute of play. Necat Tulunay made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Kemalettin Tancan in the 28th minute of play. After 28 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for OSMANLI! OSMANLI's Tolunay Saltuk got a good chance for a goal in the 35th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After 36 played minutes Topkapi got a freekick which was hit by Alpertunga Özakıncı. Engin Ökten fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 37th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ahmet Rıfat Zeval having to interfere. Engin Ökten hit a great freekick 37 minutes into the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Tolunay Saltuk in the 46th minute of play forced Topkapi's goalkeeper Ahmet Rıfat Zeval to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. If Engin Ökten had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 48th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 1-0.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Kemalettin Tancan was the one to do the kick off. In the 59th minute, Yahya Serkut hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After a defensive mix-up in Topkapi's zone, Tolunay Saltuk stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Ahmet Rıfat Zeval came out of the goal and Tolunay Saltuk tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Engin Ökten sent away a hard shot on goal in the 63rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Through an outstanding action, after 73 minutes, Ahmet Rıfat Zeval successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. In the 76th minute Engin Ökten shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ahmet Rıfat Zeval saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. A collision led to Topkapi getting a freekick after 76 minutes play. Alpertunga Özakıncı hit a great ball. OSMANLI's Engin Ökten got a good chance for a goal in the 77th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Engin Ökten in the 86th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Ahmet Rıfat Zeval prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Tolunay Saltuk blasted a shot towards the goal in the 89th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Ahmet Rıfat Zeval having to make a save. Ahmet Rıfat Zeval stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Tolunay Saltuk's shot from short distance in the 90th minute. 93 minutes into the match, OSMANLI's Rafet Onul broke free and took a long shot that unfortunately flew wide. A fine initiative that could have resulted in a goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Engin Ökten in the 95th minute of play forced Topkapi's goalkeeper Ahmet Rıfat Zeval to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. OSMANLI were clearly unhappy with the draw, as they felt they had done enough to earn themselves a victory.
