Hüyük's supporters crossed their fingers, but Akgün Lut was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. If Talip İmren had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 20th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 23rd minute, Günalp Orcaner made a precise shot to the right of Artaç Mazhar. Hüyük's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-1. Akgün Lut received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 29th minute. Ahmet Bülent Üstüner tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Ahmet Bülent Üstüner showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Akgün Lut in the 34th minute of the match. Ahmet Bülent Üstüner made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Akgün Lut in the 37th minute of play. With his leg Ahmet Bülent Üstüner managed to avoid a goal in the 39thth minute, when Hüyük's Gazanfer Pozan fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. If Gazanfer Pozan had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 41st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Gazanfer Pozan fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 43rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ahmet Bülent Üstüner having to interfere. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 1-2 lead.

The wind increased when Akgün Lut made the kick off in the second half. Ahmet Bülent Üstüner showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Gazanfer Pozan, who was totally free with the ball in the 91st minute. Nusret Ehlimen hit a great freekick 93 minutes into the match. Günalp Orcaner sent away a hard shot on goal in the 96th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. If Talip İmren had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 98th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Hüyük's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
