After some careless play in the Forza Kartal defense, Hakkı Onur Türcan kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Rüknettin Bülbül. The Forza Kartal fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Rüknettin Bülbül should have stopped the shot. Arif Burak Ünalmış received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 34th minute. Ahmet Rıfat Zeval tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 35th minute, Cenap Kayrahan hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After having played for 37 minutes, Arif Burak Ünalmış managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Forza Kartal's supporters crossed their fingers, but Arif Burak Ünalmış was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. If Necdet Ilımlı had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 38th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. A collision led to Topkapi getting a freekick after 40 minutes play. Kurtuluş Eren hit a great ball. Ahmet Rıfat Zeval showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Tarkan Baltacı in the 45th minute of the match. Ahmet Rıfat Zeval took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Günalp Tekke, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 2-0 at half-time.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Kemalettin Tancan made a kick off. Rüknettin Bülbül made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Bumin Ogün in the 51st minute of play. After 57 played minutes Necdet Ilımlı rounded Topkapi's defense and shot a beautiful shot into goal via left pole - 2-1. A collision led to Forza Kartal getting a freekick after 63 minutes play. Hüsrev Ülkü hit a great ball. Arif Burak Ünalmış sent away a hard shot on goal in the 65th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Tarkan Baltacı fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 67th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ahmet Rıfat Zeval having to interfere. Tan Sadi struck a weak shot in the 70th minute. Ahmet Rıfat Zeval didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Forza Kartal. When Arif Burak Ünalmış came up free with the goalie in the 75th minute, the Forza Kartal fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Arif Burak Ünalmış couldn't finish the play. Tarkan Baltacı received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 76th minute. Ahmet Rıfat Zeval tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 79thth minute of the game Necdet Ilımlı who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Topkapi's Ahmet Rıfat Zeval was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Rüknettin Bülbül didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Kemalettin Tancan went, in the 83rd minute, to the upper right corner, 3-1 was the resulting score. In the 87th minute, Kurtuluş Eren hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 91st match minute, Topkapi was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Hakkı Onur Türcan to maneuver through the defense. After 94 minutes of play, Topkapi's Bumin Ogün made it 4-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Rüknettin Bülbül was left in no man's land by his defense there! When the referee blew the final whistle, Topkapi could leave the field as winners, despite Forza Kartal having more of the ball for most of the match.
