Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Demir Haliloğlu started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. After a defensive mix-up in Afyon's zone, Duran Şenol stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Mahmut Torehan came out of the goal and Duran Şenol tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 5 minutes into the game, Duran Şenol cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-0. Mahmut Torehan was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. In the 9th minute, Ayberk Kutun left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Afyon fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-1. When Sümer İlcan fell near the penalty area in the 12th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Kanlica's protests and gave Sümer İlcan a yellow card for diving instead. After 12 played minutes Kanlica got a freekick which was hit by Sümer İlcan. 14 minutes into the match, Gökay Yılkan dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Mahmut Torehan, 2-1. Ayberk Kutun took the ball and in the 19 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Vatan Diriğ. Vatan Diriğ dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-2. When Duran Şenol came up free with the goalie in the 25th minute, the Kanlica fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Duran Şenol couldn't finish the play. Gökay Yılkan sent away a hard shot on goal in the 27th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 29th minute Demir Haliloğlu shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Vatan Diriğ saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 31 minutes into the match, Afyon's goalkeeper Mahmut Torehan had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Duran Şenol. A collision led to Afyon getting a freekick after 31 minutes play. Yakut Eralkan hit a great ball. Afyon's Mahmut Torehan proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 33rd minute of the match, managed to save Afyon from getting a goal against them. After having played for 37 minutes, Gökay Yılkan managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Kanlica's supporters crossed their fingers, but Gökay Yılkan was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 47th minute, Duran Şenol got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Gökay Yılkan to strike the kick off in the second half. Gökay Yılkan fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 51st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Mahmut Torehan having to interfere. Kanlica's Sümer İlcan got his second yellow card of the match in the 54th minute. The referee ordered Sümer İlcan off the ground. Sezai Toper hit a great freekick 71 minutes into the match. Ali Kaan Cansal recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 72nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. If Gökay Yılkan had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 74th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When Kanlica's Gökay Yılkan in 75 game minutes managed to cut through with the ball in front of the goal, only having to shoot. Mahmut Torehan guarding the goal like a pit bull was extremely focused and managed to reach the ball just by the crossbar before it went in. The supporters of Kanlica booed when Afyon was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 79 match minutes in a wonderful position. Yakut Eralkan didn't get a good kick on the ball. Dinç Şanver hit a great ball. If Ali Kaan Cansal had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 92nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead.
