BayEr sTR FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Myra the free kick. After a rather tough play, BayEr sTR FC's Celal Zeynelabidin got a free kick in the 8th minute. 9 minutes into the match, Myra's Asrın Asutay broke free and took a long shot that unfortunately flew wide. A fine initiative that could have resulted in a goal. In the 11th minute, Arda Tümenbay left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Myra fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-2. Sermet Balkır made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Bilge Kağan Derdiyok in the 15th minute of play. Sermet Balkır made a fantastic save in the 18th minute, when Afşar Durul sent off a good shot on target. After a rather tough play, Myra's Ahmet Nafiz Ülker got a free kick in the 22nd minute. Arda Tümenbay received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 24th minute. Gazanfer Özcan Tarhun tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. If Afşar Durul had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 29th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Bilge Kağan Derdiyok recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 40th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Afşar Durul sent away a hard shot on goal in the 42nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After some fancy dribbling in the 44th minute, Afşar Durul managed to get in a good position for a shot. BayEr sTR FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Afşar Durul was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Sermet Balkır breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. An unexpectedly hard shot by Arda Tümenbay in the 46th minute of play forced BayEr sTR FC's goalkeeper Gazanfer Özcan Tarhun to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Bilge Kağan Derdiyok received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 48th minute. Sermet Balkır tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 1-2 lead.

Gazanfer Özcan Tarhun was out of position in the 58 minute of play, and Resulhan Özcebe capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Resulhan Özcebe really showed his touch with that goal: 1-3. A collision led to Myra getting a freekick after 60 minutes play. Ahmet Nedim Torkal hit a great ball. In the 66th minute, Bilge Kağan Derdiyok ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Sermet Balkır was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-3. Asrın Asutay's late challenge caught a BayEr sTR FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Asrın Asutay helped the player get up and apologised. In the 77th minute there was a penalty for BayEr sTR FC. Kamuran Akçay stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Sermet Balkır. 3-3. After 84 played minutes BayEr sTR FC got a freekick which was hit by Semavi Kuntman. Afşar Durul received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 88th minute. Sermet Balkır tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Bilge Kağan Derdiyok scored 4-3 in the 90th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Sermet Balkır, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Afşar Durul sent away a hard shot on goal in the 94th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. If Afşar Durul had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 96th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Sermet Balkır showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Afşar Durul in the 98th minute of the match. BayEr sTR FC's supporters were highly satisfied with the result. They cheered their team of the pitch, having watched them win a very even match.
