After 7 played minutes Karkamis JK got a freekick which was hit by Tanju Vecihi. If Tanju Vecihi had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 9th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Yomra's Duran Aktekin played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Engin Durkaya in the 11th minute of play. If Aşık Tekinalp had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 12th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 17thth minute of the game İlyas Orkutay who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Karkamis JK's Barış Darcan was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. When the match had gone on for 18 minutes, Birkan Oğuzcan took a quick shot and it went in 1-0 without a chance for Barış Darcan to make any attempt to save it. Barış Darcan was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but İlyas Orkutay showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 2-0 in the 31 minute of play. After a defensive mix-up in Karkamis JK's zone, Birkan Oğuzcan stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Barış Darcan came out of the goal and Birkan Oğuzcan tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. If İlyas Orkutay had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 37th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Kamil Hurmacı sent away a hard shot on goal in the 41st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. A collision led to Karkamis JK getting a freekick after 43 minutes play. Sertaç Hekimbaşı hit a great ball. When Yomra's İlyas Orkutay in the 44th minute got a chance for a shot 44th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Karkamis JK's goalie prevented a goal. Kamil Hurmacı could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 46th minute of the match, but Barış Darcan made a huge save. The crowd rose to their feet as İlyas Orkutay kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Barış Darcan. That made the score 3-0 in the 48 minute of play.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Mehmet Fatih İlighan to make the kick off. A collision led to Karkamis JK getting a freekick after 54 minutes play. Tanju Vecihi hit a great ball. In the 59th minute, Engin Durkaya hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 61 minutes into the match, Yomra's İlyas Orkutay sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Barış Darcan narrowly saved just below the crossbar. If Kamil Hurmacı had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 62nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Barış Darcan showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Birkan Oğuzcan, who was totally free with the ball in the 64th minute. Karkamis JK's Barış Darcan played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Birkan Oğuzcan in the 64th minute of play. Duran Aktekin was in exellent shape and made a fantastic save when he, in the 67th minute of the match, managed to get hold of the ball after a long shot from Sungurhan Yerel. Barış Darcan made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from İlyas Orkutay in the 69th minute of play. Kamil Hurmacı fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 73rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Barış Darcan having to interfere. 76 minutes into the match, Yomra's goalkeeper Duran Aktekin had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Tanju Vecihi. When Tanju Vecihi came up free with the goalie in the 96th minute, the Karkamis JK fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Tanju Vecihi couldn't finish the play. Yomra walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
