Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. İlyas Orkutay started the match with the kick off. Yomra's Duran Aktekin played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Bekir Baysu in the 2nd minute of play. Birkan Oğuzcan recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 3rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 5th minute, Babaeski's Bekir Baysu dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 1-0. When Acar Özbilen fell near the penalty area in the 8th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Yomra's protests and gave Acar Özbilen a yellow card for diving instead. After 9 played minutes, Babaeski's Türkeş Ulubay shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Duran Aktekin came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Babaeski reached it. With an all-out effort, Babaeski's Duran Aktekin threw himself towards the right post 12 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Selahaddin Habiboğlu, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. Ozan Ziverbey stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Birkan Oğuzcan's shot from short distance in the 13th minute. Ozan Ziverbey made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Birkan Oğuzcan in the 15th minute of play. 17 minutes into the match, Yomra's goalkeeper Duran Aktekin had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Rafettin Baykara. In the 18th minute Bekir Baysu shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Duran Aktekin saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 18 played minutes Yomra got a freekick which was hit by Aşık Tekinalp. 19 minutes into the match, Bekir Baysu had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Duran Aktekin. Yomra's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Bekir Baysu was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-0. Bekir Baysu took the ball and in the 22 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Duran Aktekin. Duran Aktekin dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 3-0. If Kamil Hurmacı had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 28th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Yomra's Kamil Hurmacı got a good chance for a goal in the 30th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. 32 minutes into the match, Birkan Oğuzcan had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Ozan Ziverbey. Babaeski's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Birkan Oğuzcan was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 3-1. Birkan Oğuzcan received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 38th minute. Ozan Ziverbey tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Duran Aktekin showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Beyhan Serafet, who was totally free with the ball in the 42nd minute. A collision led to Babaeski getting a freekick after 43 minutes play. Enis Behiç Çelikoz hit a great ball. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

The wind increased when Bekir Baysu made the kick off in the second half. After having played for 53 minutes, Selahaddin Habiboğlu managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Babaeski's supporters crossed their fingers, but Selahaddin Habiboğlu was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Duran Aktekin made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Bekir Baysu in the 54th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Rafettin Baykara in the 56th minute of play forced Yomra's goalkeeper Duran Aktekin to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Duran Aktekin showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Selahaddin Habiboğlu, who was totally free with the ball in the 57th minute. Birkan Oğuzcan might have been able to make a better finish in the 60th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Ozan Ziverbey. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Birkan Oğuzcan ran back to his position shaking his head. 64 minutes into the match, Yomra's goal looked a bit too open when Bekir Baysu came free, but Duran Aktekin reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 69th minute Beyhan Serafet shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Duran Aktekin saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Beyhan Serafet took the ball and in the 70 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Duran Aktekin. Duran Aktekin dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 4-1. Yomra's Duran Aktekin played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Selahaddin Habiboğlu in the 75th minute of play. After some careless play in the Yomra defense, Selahaddin Habiboğlu kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Duran Aktekin. The Yomra fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Duran Aktekin should have stopped the shot. With a little luck, Babaeski's Ozan Ziverbey got control of the ball when Kamil Hurmacı tried to sneak it across the goal line. Duran Aktekin took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Beyhan Serafet, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. İlyas Orkutay sent away a hard shot on goal in the 85th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Duran Aktekin didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Rafettin Baykara went, in the 87th minute, to the upper right corner, 6-1 was the resulting score. Yomra's Duran Aktekin played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Rafettin Baykara in the 95th minute of play. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The Babaeski fans cheered their team off the field, for while Yomra had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
