In the 3rd minute Cesur Fırıncıoğlu shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Refik Halit Okatay saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 8 minutes into the match, Halfeti FK's goal looked a bit too open when Yakut Ayaz came free, but Refik Halit Okatay reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Önder Reşat received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 9th minute. Refik Halit Okatay tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Batıhan Ural during the 10th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Batıhan Ural kicked well hit freekick during the 10th minute of the match. Refik Halit Okatay made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Önder Reşat in the 11th minute of play. Önder Reşat sent away a hard shot on goal in the 20th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 22nd minute, Yakut Ayaz ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Refik Halit Okatay was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-1. Önder Reşat received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 28th minute. Refik Halit Okatay tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 29th match minute, Yedisu was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Cesur Fırıncıoğlu to maneuver through the defense. If Yakut Ayaz had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 33rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After having played for 36 minutes, Yakut Ayaz managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Yedisu's supporters crossed their fingers, but Yakut Ayaz was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. With a little luck, Yedisu's Mithat Atasagun got control of the ball when Muharrem İnegöllü tried to sneak it across the goal line. A collision led to Yedisu getting a freekick after 43 minutes play. Yakut Ayaz hit a great ball. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 1-1 after a close first half.

The wind increased when Yakut Ayaz made the kick off in the second half. Mithat Atasagun took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Samim Ömür, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Yedisu's Mithat Atasagun played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Muharrem İnegöllü in the 55th minute of play. The Halfeti FK fans' excitement grew in the 56th match minute when Halfeti FK's Samim Ömür looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 2-1 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. In the 59th match minute, Yedisu was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Rafet Özak to maneuver through the defense. After a defensive mix-up in Yedisu's zone, Samim Ömür stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Mithat Atasagun came out of the goal and Samim Ömür tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Samim Ömür sent away a hard shot on goal in the 62nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Mithat Atasagun showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Muharrem İnegöllü, who was totally free with the ball in the 71st minute. If Muharrem İnegöllü had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 72nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 74 minutes into the match, Yedisu's goal looked a bit too open when Muharrem İnegöllü came free, but Mithat Atasagun reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 76 minutes into the match, Halfeti FK's goalkeeper Refik Halit Okatay had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Önder Reşat. Yakut Ayaz fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 80th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Refik Halit Okatay having to interfere. Yakut Ayaz received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 84th minute. Refik Halit Okatay tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 92nd minute, Cesur Fırıncıoğlu hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Yedisu were disappointed that they only managed a draw, even though they felt themselves to be the better team.
