The referee ignored Karapürcek's protests and gave Ali Numan Turgut a yellow card for diving instead. 37 minutes into the game, one of Karapürcek:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. After 39 minutes of play, Niksar's Kamer Kuntay made it 1-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Ahmet Kadri Cemşit was left in no man's land by his defense there! The first half was very even, with the score at 1-1 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

If Berke Hastimur had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 55th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. A very good chance. 73 minutes into the match, Karapürcek's goalkeeper Ahmet Kadri Cemşit had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Berke Hastimur. Seyfullah Ankara received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 76th minute. Bayhan Yalım tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After 78 played minutes Niksar got a freekick which was hit by Oğuzer Uz. 79 minutes into the match, Karapürcek's Ali Numan Turgut broke free and took a long shot that unfortunately flew wide. A fine initiative that could have resulted in a goal. Can Soner's late challenge caught a Niksar's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Can Soner helped the player get up and apologised. After a rather tough play, Karapürcek's Can Soner got a free kick in the 81st minute. Kamer Kuntay, 82 minutes into the match, dribbled the ball up the side of the field and decided to take a long shot at the goal. Unfortunately, the ball was poorly hit and landed closer to the corner than to the goal. When Can Soner was, once again, overly rough in his play he received his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. 84 minutes had been played. After 84 played minutes Karapürcek got a freekick which was hit by Can Soner. Berke Hastimur received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 92nd minute. Ahmet Kadri Cemşit tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Ahmet Kadri Cemşit didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Berke Hastimur went, in the 96th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-2 was the resulting score.
