To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Hani's Nihat Özil couldn't find anyone to pass the ball to, so he shot a long shot towards the goal in the 21st minute. The shot went wide which resulted in a goal kick for eskişehir spor. Hani's defense didn't have a chance, in the 28th minute, when İbrahim İğdemir scored to the left of an out of position Burç Akbayrak, making the score, 1-0. The crowd rose to their feet as eskişehir spor's İbrahim İğdemir slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Burç Akbayrak. That made the score 2-0 after 36 minutes of play.
