He stayed cool and waited for the goalkeeper to move, before he confidently shot the ball into the goal, to the left of Saip Deniz. Göktan Karakaya let the left foot speak when in front of goal in the 17th minute shot 2-0 at rihgt post. Selahaddin Talay received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 25th minute. If Galip Sarper had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 37th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. If Selahaddin Talay had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 40th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Galip Sarper to make the kick off. Göktan Karakaya sent away a hard shot on goal in the 54th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Selahaddin Talay recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 60th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Selahaddin Talay in the 62nd minute of play forced Avanos SK's goalkeeper Nazım Ülkenur to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 63rd minute, Aşır Ilgaz ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Nazım Ülkenur was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-3. Avanos SK's Nazım Ülkenur proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 80th minute of the match, managed to save Avanos SK from getting a goal against them. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Selahaddin Talay in the 82nd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Nazım Ülkenur saved Avanos SK from getting behind. If Galip Sarper had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 84th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Saip Deniz didn't succeed to prevent the ball from going into goal when Avanos SK's Göktan Karakaya shot an unexpected shot in the crossbar's under edge and made 4-3 in the ordered_time% minute. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Bedir Poyraz during the 89th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 89th minute, Bedir Poyraz hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Selahaddin Talay fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 97th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Nazım Ülkenur having to interfere.
