In the 9th minute, Göktan Karakaya made a precise shot to the right of Gökberk Özguner. Dikimevi's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-0. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Cengiz Nasip during the 11th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After a rather tough play, Dikimevi's Cengiz Nasip got a free kick in the 11th minute. Dikimevi's Gökberk Özguner proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 14th minute of the match, managed to save Dikimevi from getting a goal against them. In the 39th minute, Tevfik Ahad got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Hasan Hüseyin Cömert recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 44th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Nazım Ülkenur showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Tevfik Ahad, who was totally free with the ball in the 46th minute. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 1-0 at half-time.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Galip Sarper to make the kick off. An unexpectedly hard shot by Galip Sarper in the 61st minute of play forced Dikimevi's goalkeeper Gökberk Özguner to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 62 played minutes Dikimevi got a freekick which was hit by Tolunay Şahinalp. In the 66th minute, Dikimevi's Tevfik Ahad dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 1-2. Hasan Hüseyin Cömert recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 71st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Hasan Hüseyin Cömert in the 73rdth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Nazım Ülkenur, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. The audience thought a goal was coming when Hasan Hüseyin Cömert got free with Nazım Ülkenur in the 75th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. An unexpectedly hard shot by Tevfik Ahad in the 78th minute of play forced Avanos SK's goalkeeper Nazım Ülkenur to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 94th match minute, Avanos SK was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ali Nabi Yağızalp to maneuver through the defense. 95 minutes into the match, Dikimevi's Basri Serdinç broke free and took a long shot that unfortunately flew wide. A fine initiative that could have resulted in a goal. Hasan Hüseyin Cömert fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 97th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Nazım Ülkenur having to interfere. Dikimevi's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
